We’re a family-run business with ten Victorian terraced houses within walking distance of the bus stops to Lancaster University, and close to the city centre. Every house is fully furnished, includes bills, and is let on a 47-week contract, so you won’t pay for summer weeks you aren’t using. All our houses are fully compliant with health and safety regulations and HMO licensing, and the certificates are on each property page.
How it works
Escape Campus handles viewings and lettings. We look after the houses from move-in to move-out. We inspect every property at the end of the year, and each summer we carry out maintenance and renovation work so it’s ready for the next group of students. During your tenancy, you can message us on WhatsApp for quick questions or problems.
